 Amazing service at affordable rates
Talk about professional cleaning services, I was BLOWN AWAY at the results of using Summmit Carpet Cleaning. I don't have a TV so who cares about the ads?
When we moved into our apartment, I told the agent, "the carpets are dirty, will the owner please clean them before we come?" She said, "Oh, they were just cleaned." A year and a half later, I was becoming embarrassed about our now gray and brown (offwhite) berber carpets (what are you thinking, property owners?!). So I found Summit Carpet Cleaning on the web. Shawn was as nice as he could be, gave me a fair estimate, and the team showed up EXACTLY at the appointed time at my apartment.
Shawn was very courteous, helpful, and a hard worker. THANK YOU AGAIN!
My assessment is: this one is working. The steam cleaning did not have a chemical smell, it dried in about 5 hours, the price was right, and my carpets look brand spanking new. Now if only I can get the landlord to repay me the money I spent, since my steaming proved they did not clean the carpets before we moved in.

Excellent job for a reasonable price!
I was quoted MUCH higher prices from other carpet cleaning companies that told my you get what you pay for. The owner of Summit, Shawn, personally attended the job and did such a thorough job that my carpet looks brand new.

After having a Christmas and New Years party at our house I told my wife we were going to have to replace our carpet. After all the rain and mud being tracked in from outside from our guests and out pets I was sure it was a total loss! I have used this company about 4 or 5 times now for my carpets and Shawn is always on time and available when you need,nice person and does the job very well and fast! My carpet looks brand new every time, and dries fast also.Very affordable prices as well, unlike some companys that over charge,especially if you want just one room done. I will continue to use their services and recommend this company for sure.

Carpet Cleaning and Windows both..
Had them come out because after the rain we had a lot of dirt on the carpet and the windows were really bad. I cant do the second story windows so I hired them to come out. They did a great job and even removed some stucco that was on the windows. Carpets and windows package they where in and out in just a few hours. Excellent work and highly recommended.

Excellent cleaning service!
We used Summit to clean several carpeted rooms in our rental house. I researched other cleaning services in Tampa but Shawns's prices were the most reasonable. He did an amazing job - the carpet looks brand new! Great, friendly service and very affordable. We'll definitely use him again.
